The marsh within oaks and carved granite rocks

 

In collaboration with Olivina – the scent and taste of the Lands of Ogliastra.

 

A hike through the dense forest, rich in tree species, shrubs and scrub that open onto the breath-taking views over the Ogliastra plain; and then up to the Paule, a seasonal marsh whose calm waters reflect the sky and the surrounding naturally carved rocks. A wonder of nature that will be the focal point for the artistic eye of those who will be able to recognise the most unexpected shapes, in the natural rock cavities called “tafone”.

At the end of the hike (around 3:00 pm) it will be possible to pay a visit to our friend Stefania Tangianu, the young producer of Olivina EVO oil. Stefania will open the doors of the family oil mill to us, will introduce us to the exciting world of EVO oil and will tell us about the olive oil production process that brings in the bottle the aromas and taste of the Lands of Ogliastra. Visit with tasting is subject to an additional contribution of 3 euros p/p.
